Owen and Plink's Love 13

OOoooh I have a treat for you guys here, brought to you all by the amazing and talented Mech-maker, you finally have some continuation of the Owen and Plink saga. By now I'm sure you're very ready for Owen to just pop this baby out already.. I'm sure she's pretty ready too. XD

Now like the last comic issue, all the art is provided by Mechy as I'm sure is obvious by his unique art-style. However the dialogue, basic setting and things going on were provided to him by me. Mech has the awesome ability to take what I wrote and draw it very close to how I originally would have. But thanks to him it's even better then that, he added so much extra detail then I would have.

Something I've always admired about Mech is his semi-realistic style.. making the characters look like real people. I think he did an amazing job on Zeep's tomboyness.. with her posture and expressions for example. I personally love the expressions, he did an amazing job.

Looks like Owen and Plink will be going to the rave with Zeep. :3 I can see Owen's big ol' belly bouncing already. XD This is showing pretty much everything that I wanted to show in the comic. If ~Madcat124 had been able to finish the issue he was doing this kinda would have been touched upon a little bit. But to fill in the gaps. Owen eventually became 'engorged' enough that even her in her position of power couldn't keep herself working any longer.

So Owen became a say at home preg. She, being a workaholic extremely devoted to her work, this started driving her crazy. I was going to draw a comic with Owen, after going through some funny mood swings to Plink's confusion. She broke down and ran into the bedroom (oh and did I mention they bought a house? XD no?) and desperately tried to get her lab-coat on wanting badly to go back to work. But of course they won't fit over her giant belly.. so she struggles in vain tearing up and breaking down. Plink then realizes he'd been over-protective and restrictive to her. Trying to take care of her so much, she wasn't able to do anything for herself and started feeling useless.

So Plink gets the ingenious idea of just letting her coming to work in his department as an assistant. Doing easy non-exerting jobs like handing him tools and pressing buttons. Just something that makes her feel helpful and keeps her from being home by herself all the time. It's during this time Owen kinda befriends Plink's computerized assistant S.C.A.R.L.E.T .. you probably remember her.

That's about all you've missed before this...

Now Mechy's being all humble and not asking for it, but if you guys want to direct your comments on this towards him I'm sure he'd love it.
