Lilly with her babies

The ol' girl went into labor late July 21st, it was a rather long labor.. around 8-10 hours. Unfortunately being so late no one was really around to help her. : / Though ultimately she did alright and delivered the babies all by herself.. super all-natural style. Yes, that's right, babies... turns out she'd been carrying twins all this time and didn't know it. She and Bruiser had intentionally decided to not have that looked into and keep the baby's gender and well.. number of babies a surprise.

So Lilly is still pretty sore and warn out and is pretty much running on motherly instinct right now.. licking the new pups clean of their birth-goo and wrapping them up in the blanket that her girl friend Lindiz was able to run by and pick up for her while she was in early labor.

Anyone who's seen my "vehicular reproduction" draws should be in the loop on most of the details. The little carlings are just as weak and defenseless as any baby, unable to even stand on their tires or open their eyes... relying on calling for mommy through adorable little coos and cries.

Lilly and Bruiser, due to their scheduling problems and lack of proper discussion still don't have any definite names for the babies yet, yes I know.. it's embarrassing for them too. But they have been discussing names, for the moment we'll just refer to them as boy and girl or brother and sister.

The babies are true hybrid designs, being conceived of a Hyundai mother and Ford father.. though a lot of their detail is lost in these small drawings of them. But it was really fun designing these babies.. mixing and splicing designs and details from mother and father.. when I get a drawing of the babies individually in greater detail you'll see more of what I'm talking about. I suppose you could call this vehicular breeding.. behold the first "Forndai" babies. X3

Girl - A true daddie's girl in appearance, most of her face looks like her father. I'm sure to Bruiser's glee, she actually has eyes just like Bruiser's mother, Rosie, who he was extremely close with. [link] I suppose it was a gene that skipped a generation.

Boy - Bruiser and Lilly actually look very similar, so it's hard to say who this boy looks more like.. he shares a lot of small details from both parents. His eyes look a lot like his father's at first glance but they have some subtle curves in the shape that are like his mother. His grille is also a perfect splice of the two designs. So far the only thing known about him is that he's definitely the more needy and prone to crying of the two. ^^
