Fallout 3 - Funny Glitch

This is just a funny glitch I ran across once in Fallout 3. I had just shot a raider in the head making his head explode. But right after I accidentally quick-saved and quick-loaded at once. When it reloaded all of his head gibs were together again in the air like that. haha

Currently Running Fallout 3 at:
1600x1200 custom high settings, no vsync.
